You can call our emergency claim phone number +61 2 8256 1794 from anywhere in the world, and reverse the charges. That means we will pay for the phone call. A reverse charge call is an operator assisted service. You will be connected to us, at no expense. Thats is, we pay for the call.

To reverse charge call us, you will start by calling the Australia Direct Reverse Charge access number for the country you are in and ask the Telstra operator for assistance. See the list of country specific numbers here.
To call the relevant access number, you’ll need an outside line if calling from a hotel (request this from reception). There may be some restrictions on calling from a mobile phone.
The Telstra operator will then re-direct your call to the Travel by Us emergency claim phone number: +61 2 8256 1794
